I wouldn't push either of those hands pre-flop. In hand 1 I put in a standard raise and in hand 2 I re-raise and would call a push.

First one is absolutely fine IMO, no other way to play it.

Second one is almost always fine too, but if opp has been ultra aggressive, raising/shoving every hand up to this point and now suddenly limps for the first time then I'd be a bit suspicious, but probably still shove it.

you are now open shoving with just under 15BB's? Wow.

I don't hate making it 750 to go and c-betting the flop, but that burns a lot of chips. Plus since it's HU you get called much wider than otherwise (ie. I expect to get called by a bunch of hands we're dominating or at worst taking the right end of a flip against).

my calling range tightens up like the Mayor of Nittsville against a shove like this.

I think you get more value out of a standard raise and shoving any flop.

Depending on how the villain has been playing I can see shoving both of these, especially the second hand. Being in the BB I'd rather end the hand quickly being OOP and I also believe we are ahead of his range a vast majority of the time.
