super turbos on fulltilt

i tried one of those super turbos on fulltilt where you start with only 300 chips, just wondering is it possible to have an edge in those games or is it just a crap shoot.

I've played a few of those, the consensus at the other place (2+2) is that about a 5% ROI the best you can hope for over the long term, but they are kind of fun and also a good way to develop your push/fold game (since that's basically the only preflop move unless you're in the BB or pick up AA/KK).
