    Default 100NL hand for review

This hand is not mine, it was posted on another site. The reason I'm posting it here is because it got 4 replies including mine and 3 of them were similar and mine was very different. I was looking for thoughts on how it was played and how it could have been played. One of the replies was from a coach at the site, so I'm guessing I'm way off, but would like a second (or 3rd or 4th) opinion. Thanks!

villian plays 26/18/4 only 30 hands... i 3bet small because i hoped he might 4 bet resteal and if not i still have good SPR´s to get it in on a save flop... ofcourse an Ace has to appear on the flop...

    MP2: $62.65
    CO: $80.50
    BTN: $118.00
    Hero (SB): $100.00
    BB: $109.90
    UTG: $98.50
    UTG+1: $100.00
    UTG+2: $20.00
    MP1: $25.70

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is SB with Kd Ks
5 folds, CO raises to $3, 1 fold, Hero raises to $9, 1 fold, CO calls $6

    Flop: ($19.00) 6d 7h Ad (2 players)
Hero bets $11, CO raises to $25, Hero ???

Since i am a cheater I looked this up and I completely agree with everything you said on DC. We don't really need to protect against draws here...

I'm going to go and argue there now.

WA/WB. c/c one or two streets IMO.C-bet here is no good vs aggressive players

Ummmm guys while you're mostly right, this is not completely WA/WB. I'd expect him to call that small 3bet with all of his SCs and maybe even Kxs, so there definitely could be draws out.

But not that many, what with the Ad being gone and the ace not connecting with the other two cards.

yeah but a lot of the time his draws are going to be raising (not that I think he has draws very frequently) and that means that b/f is an even worse line here.

What? He already did raise. Is the question "what do I do now that he's raised" or "what should my line be on the flop?"

PS oh and apparently we have the Kd out too so only SCs are going to be drawing to the flush. I'm with you guys, but I'd still be irritated by a diamond, 3, or T.

well I meant that's the problem with the line before he has raised. If you are b/fing KK here you risk getting blown off a by a worse hand which just makes me hate b/f even more.

I hope to win the argument with goldseraph lol.

I love how 100nl players just cannot even balance their 3bet sizing

like it's ridiculous how tight their ranges are in some spots

Ok, so at least bet/fold might not be totally standard... I just don't see how you get any value from a worse hand by betting on this flop. Although, I can see how it makes the hand "easier" to play, but thats not really the point.

he 3bet small with KK cuz he didn't want a fold

my guess is when he has a sc, AQ/AK, TT it's a different size (biiger)

    Minor offense taken at over-generalization.

I have no idea what you meant but I'm assuming that you're disagreeing with my assessment that 100nl FR players just suck at poker.

I balance my 3-bet sizing and until like, 2 days ago, I was still at 100NL.
    Also I don't think I suck =[

Then again I'm moving up so :/

a lot of 1/2 players still tip their hand strength with 3bet sizing

that's why like 6-8tabling to me when I played FR was by far better than 12-15 tabling, you could really notice things like this.

ofc this was like 3 months ago and I'm sure everyone is getting better b/c all the games are getting harder.
