Default I get frisky and play 20 Buck.. and i fold my way to victory

Villain is 20 Buck Spin, probably one of the biggest winners at 5/10 6-max. Basically i've been two tabling with him for 200 hands and running hot, and given his spewtastic ways that = $$$$$$$$ for me. He likes to play position a lot, and will play draws passively at times (i've only noticed this in position fwiw). He's been 3-betting a lot so i've been raising 60% of buttons. The funny thing is this was only one of like 4 pots where he just flatted my pfr. I think the other 3 i checked behind the flop... maybe i cont bet one although it seems so long ago idk if he even remembers. Also i remember from his 6-max game that he doesn't fuck around much in position.

He thought about 5-8 seconds before shoving the river

    Hero (Button) ($2376)
    SB ($1696)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 2, 2
Hero raises to $30, SB calls $20

    Flop: ($60) 10, 9, K (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $50, SB calls $50

    Turn: ($160) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $140, SB calls $140

    River: ($440) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $380, SB raises to $1476 (All-In), Hero folds

    Total pot: $1200 | Rake: $0.50

This hand came a little while later. At this point he probably sees me as cont betting 50% of flops. Again, i'm probably raising like 70-60% otb preflop. At this point he knows that i can take passive lines with strength as well as draws, i've showndown flatting a set on the flop and turn in a 3-bet pot and also calling a nut fd on the turn oop without expressed odds after lead/calling it on the flop (I hit it and he shoved the river when i checked with two pair). He's really a feel player so maybe this hand can only be really evaluated by people who've played with him.

Question: is it ok that i just flatted the turn?

How light does he value shove? That first hand is close, just because your hand could easily be KQ/AK or something and he could be value shoving some worse two pair. I don't mind it though, cause the possibility of QJ should keep him in line somewhat.

Second hand is a good fold.

Third hand I'm really really tempted to call this, given that you folded to his previous river c/r's. Not sure what level he's on here. You're mostly afraid of 67 here I'd imagine? I think a set might bump a raise on the turn at least, cause that card made the board very coordinated. Of all the hands I'd want to call the third the most I think.

Hand 1: Not sure its close.
    Hand 2: shove turn
Hand 3: There are a lot of 6x hands in his flop c/c range I would guess so meh w/e
