Default 6 max or 10 max?

Just curious which most people prefer, and why.

Personally I prefer 6max because it is easier to limit the field and get heads up.

    Full ring because
    A) Im not particularly good in the blinds and
    B) I'm not particularly good at hand reading, and the hand ranges at full ring are much easier for me to decipher
    c) I like the look on people's faces when they find out I play 20 tables at a time :P

It is easier to read people the larger the # of players. And I think more fish like FR too

    Full ring because:

    - I suck at shorthanded
    - my main strategies that are pretty nitty preflop
    - FR games are super passive and constant 5max aggression tilts the fuck out of me
    - I'm pretty good at big pot poker and mediocre at best in small pot poker

I like 6-max because its fun and interesting and seems to suit me well. That said we seem to have a whole crew of FR guys just destroying the game atm which makes me kinda jealous.

    * i suck less at full ring than at 6-max.
    * i still have a few limits to go before i run into a shortage of tables available playing full ring

    so i play full ring.

At what stake does it begin to be too difficult to find FR games?

2/5 10-max live FR games are still very soft and weak.
