Default Sitting at a new table (live)

Assume that we've observed the table for a while and can see who are the donks and the rocks.
Usually I have been taught that when entering a new table, focus on playing an appropriate and fundamentally strong game.
If the table warrants a different approach the I adjust my play accordingly.
What we don't want to happen however, is that I'll employ an overly agressive or tight approach at my next table (because it worked in my last table).
Note to self: Remember to go back to the basics (ABC poker) when a session ends .
Maybe i need a checklist to refocus me before my next session (does anyone in here use one?)

i dont adjust too much when sitting at a new table. If you have a hand-reading edge on your opponents and make fewer mistakes in these games, you will always be a winning player no matter what approach you will employ.
