Hand 1 (TT) - this one is very read dependent on whether opp will make a retarded call with hands like QJo or KQs, but I tend to shove over since a) you should have loads of fold equity if he's not a total idiot and b) if he does make horrible calls, he will call with hands you're dominating.

Hand 2 (AKo) - I shove it preflop considering the shorties' stack sizes. As played, I'm evenly divided between shoving the flop and checking behind to see a) what comes and b) what opp does. I much prefer shoving preflop, but since you didn't I guess shoving the flop is my choice.

I'm surprised that, with a healthy M, Hand 1 is a shove. Why not re-raise?

A standard 3x reraise is going to pot-commit you anyway, no? Folding seems weak but you can more than likely cruise into the money if you do. I think if I'm going to play this hand I push pre-flop for the reasons Tai mentioned. I really wouldn't like to 3x raise here and see a flop with over-cards.

Hand1: I reraise it to about 1500, if he calls I am going broke on a low flop

    Hand2: Shove

TT is very vulnerable to overcards (they come like 70% of the time), if you re-raise and get called you'll have no idea whether you're good most of the time and potentially have 40% of your stack already in the pot.

As I said, I think this one is very very dependent on whether opp knows to fold all but the strongest hands here, if he has made retarded AI calls with shitty broadway cards I probably just let it go

Hand 1 is a fold for me. Why are we going to risk things when there are two shorties? It would be different if we had button covered.

Hand 2 is a shove preflop considering the <10bbs of the remaining players. As played shove or check. I would just shove the flop.
