Default Bubble Play Crash - Analysis Please

So my 25BI swing continues and my double figure ROI has been wiped out. For once I was the chip leader 4 way and destined to cash. Or so I thought. My brain is now mush and I cannot even think clearly.

No so sure about hand 1. Hand 2 I think is a no brainer but as far as bad beats go, it's quite tame compared to what I've been experiencing all week.

Villain had been raising any ace and any pair.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

In hand 1, given your observations, you are almost certainly ahead of the range of the villain here. I usually feel these large over-bets are usually from players who have a hand they do not know how to play post-flop i.e. Ax and small - mid pockets. It very seldom that the villain is showing down JJ-AA here. You also have plenty of chips left if you lose. I stack off every time in this situation.

I'm not sure about hand 2. There is a reasonably short stack, who is not involved in the pot to consider. As a minor point, I would probably raise to 550-600 and take it from there. If the chip leader comes over us I think this could be a fold (considering the shortish stack).
EDIT: I didn't notice you were BB here and you were facing a limp. I not sure how this changes things. Perhaps others could offer some further insight?

Firstly, don't post results. I have edited them out from your post.

On the first hand, this is absolutely fine. Opp could be trying to resteal with all sorts of crap, you're far enough ahead of his range to make this call.

On the second hand, I prefer to just shove over preflop rather than raise. Put the hard decision on opp rather than let him put the hard decision on you. There are already 500 chips in the pot, if you take this down without a fight that isn't a terrible outcome.

As played, this needs some ICM analysis which I will try to do later.
