Default Late in 180man--What's my calling range here?

Villain is like 35/10 over a 25 hands or so but has never jammed PF, blinds just went up, there are 40 left in the 180man

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00+$0.40 Tournament, 100/200 Blinds (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP (t8685)
    CO (t2702)
    Button (t15210)
    SB (t9450)
    Hero (BB) (t3600)
    UTG (t10030)

    Hero's M: 12.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with some cards
4 folds, CO raises to t2702 (All-In), 2 folds Hero....

Seeing how I'm basically putting my tournament life on the line (I'd have 4.5BBs if I were to call and lose) I'm not sure what my calling range should be. What type of equity should I be looking to have against his range, which I'm going to assume is like 15-20%.

So my take on a calling range:

    77+, A9s+, ATo+, KQs

That looks about right but A9s and KQs seem a little thin

well without doing any calculations I can tell you my calling range is AJ+, 99+.

I Haaate having no FE. Hate it. My whole game is FE lol

I probably go AQ+, 88+. Calling with any ace worse than that will often end badly with his ace being one notch higher. I don't think he shoves like that with an ace worse than AJ.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
