Default Two Pair on a scary board

Villain has shown himself to be an experienced positional player, not exactly the $1 garden variety villain. To be honest, this guy worries me. No cheap lucky double ups for villain, his stack has been built solely out of well timed aggression. But I know he's been playing too many hands to be playing only premium, so I have an advantage there.

He's been stealing my blinds the last few rounds, I had crap so I let him. I figured I'd let him until the blinds went up, when playing back at him would be more profitable.

He raised as usual, I would be in good position postflop, and had a decent hand, so i called.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00+$0.20 Tournament, 50/100 Blinds (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    CO (t3020)
    Button (t895)
    SB (t4448)
    Hero (BB) (t2030)
    UTG (t760)
    MP (t2347)

    Hero's M: 13.53

Preflop: Hero is BB with 10, K
4 folds, SB raises to t300, Hero calls t200

    Flop: (t600) J, 10, K (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero...?

    What should I do?

I would shove pre. KTo is not good enough to slow play and you already said you think he's a good played who can put you in tough spots, shoving pre solves all these problems. Also since he's running the table he probably won't want to tangle here.

as played bet/c on the flop and shove on the turn if it is not a A, J, Q or club.
