    Default Playing Ax suited

I have been calling with Ax suited when it is fairly cheap(through level 3 Pokerstars) to see the flop in hopes of the flush. Basically the same technique used with PP trying to hit a set on the flop. If I miss the flush I fold unless I pick up 2 Aces or 2 pair. Is this a bad play? Should I be folding these?

No, in my opinion that would be wasted opportunities folding Axs. However you should discipline yourself to only play those kind of hands IN POSITION (in this case meaning button and maybe cut-off)! If you currently play Axs from any position that would mean serious trouble in the early/middle positions. Never underestimate the importance of position.

I also assumed you were talking about A9s and lower, because everything above would be a raise for me, in position that is.

This may be a matter of personal preference but I generally do not call raises with Axs (you said calling with no further details), only exception being AKs (and off-suit) in the early stages. I do not think it would be profitable to do so either.

    Well, those are my 0,02$.

As the money gets shorter having two cards that can make a pair that figures to be good becomes a lot more important.
