all in. your flipping against 99-JJ or you have him dominated.
guys he's just looking to complain about taking coolers/beats

he'll continue to be the type of poker player we all love, the one that isn't any good but thinks he is, and slowly donates to the regulars.

Success is how high you bounce after hitting bottom.

in this case none really since our "go" would be less than a 1/2 pot bet, and I was saying it cuz I thought mcat would tell me how dumb I am.

However - people make ridiculous/horrible folds when you do either a go'n'go or a stop'n'go so the value in the play is tremendous.

yea, deeper I can see it's merits, however, isn't it better with like AT/AJ instead of AK b/c with AK we're able to get it in PF dominating other hands and with like AT/AJ a we might get fold out of better hands (AQ/AK) on the flop.

I'm like 12-tabling atm so that probably made no sense

LOL. I think you play really well. Do I really come across as that arrogant that you think I consider you an idiot?

I agree with spenda though, stop and go with AK doesn't fold out any hands except for the ones we want a call from anyway. I wouldn't stop-and-go any hands vs. a 4.5x UTG raise, but I might do it for sure with a hand like KQ vs a button raise if I thought the button was dumb enough to fold Ax on a rag flop.

no i agree, the stop and go may work against you here, you would hate for him to fold a bricked Ax/KQ/Kj on the flop when he's going to call pre.

Not at all. I was trying to be cute/idiotic w/my response and figured you'd jump on it. Instead it appeared that I was serious when I wasn't and it was an epic fail.

I concur. Stop'n'going here is actually taking value away from our hand.

i'm amazed how often i see AJ here from the 4.5x raise (in micro tourneys). AJ is to good for them to fold so they raise BIG hoping everyone folds and they at least get the blinds.

This situation appears all the time.

I would have to know a couple of things first:

1- what are the sizes of the short stacks- are they at $4K or so or $1K or so.

2- how has opponent been playing- is this his third raise in a row or is this his first raise in 2 rotations

Generally I would wait and fold based on the answer to #1 being $1k or so and #2 being that he is mostly TAG

    Just MO

    Regards,
