    This is ALWAYS a monster isn't it? Thus, given his shortstack, probably a fold preflop?

    Villain had donked most of his chips off and limped a lot early.

    Personally I would just fold it preflop, but if you want to play I would raise enough to put the shortstack AI so you aren't faced with this decision on the flop.

    As played, meh get it in - I've seen people fold in this spot or even call with missed overcards.

    you guys are right of course...i should have tried to put him on a hand. It wasn't worth the call with our respective stack sizes...he had AA of course.
