Default Flopped nuts, facing donk reraise

Villain is a complete maniac, playing any 2 suited cards, defending far too often, sometimes pushing in on bottom pair against continuation bets. I donk bet the flop after he checks to me and his donk reraise made me think he liked his hand (K with a reasonably high diamond) but probably not a smaller flush (he would have pushed). Or he could have air. Do I just flatcall and let him bluff off his stack? Or do I raise again to make him push if he really likes his hand?

call. OOP I could maybe see three betting but no need here.

True...OOP he's forced to fire again on the turn isn't he?

I tend to just shove here b/c I dont want a bad card rolling off on the turn and killing our action.

There's a good argument either way. Shoving looks like you have the Ad and will often get the call from his KxXx hand. Calling could kill your action if a diamond comes.

Are you saying you think he's calling a shove without a diamond or that he'll fold a worse flush?

I picked the worst option, which was minraise...he folded his hand (likely air). Heads-up against a player this bad I'm not worried about him drawing live, but you're right, another diamond could kill the action (not sure how excited he could get over a flush when the highest diamond he could have is the J).

I think calling would indicate weakness to a player like this, a TT-QQ-type hand, which would lead him to try to push us off on the turn.

I think he's saying a shove would look like an unpaired AdX, which could prompt a call from AK/KQ or KJd. I'm pretty sure he would have pushed all-in preflop with AK...hard to put him on a hand here.

Yeah, i don't think we get called on the flop if he doesn't have a diamond but he may keep firing without one so I'd rather let him. If he has a lower flush AND another diamond comes and he gets away from it it's just a beat.

the odds of another diamond coming off is slim i would just call here and let him hang himself, a call could make it seem like you only have the A of diamond and might encourage him to try and push you off the hand

well one thing is for sure, they never fold when I semi-bluff here
