I'd make it 80 pre-flop, but I'd probably fold to his flop lead. People call raises with hands like KQ, KJ, QJ in these $5 DoNs, but they generally check if they miss. They also tend to bet smaller with middle or bottom pair. You may be up against two pair, and he is betting to protect his hand from the flush draw. He could also have something like AT, in which case he already has the straight.
In these DoNs, the best strategy is to play squeaky tight, and not take any risks until you are forced to.
