Default TT, vs. UTG raiser and shortstack squeeze

Just moved to new table so i thought about folding this to UTG raiser...
The shortstack had just doubled up by pushing T8o from CO and beating AJ.
When UTG doesn't reraise to isolate I know I probably have the best hand. What to do here?

All in, if he folds you´ll be in a possible coinflip with tons of extra money in the middle, Or you have him dominated! Do you have any reads on UTG villain that changes things ???
Otherwise i like a push here, you cant call and a fold is just to chickenish

At first I thought the flat looked a little trappy, and it could certainly be AA/KK, but most good players are not flatting with any hand there. The pots big enough that you dont want to invite other people in, so I think in general this is a bad player with a weakish hand. Shoving seems ok but I'm not sure and dont have much of an argument for it...

TT is giving me a lot of problems lately. In a similar situation in another tourney, UTG limped then reraised over a shortstack squeeze...I had seen him limp AK in early position before so I called him, but he had JJ.
Playing big pots at small stakes.
