Default Too Tight? 4.40 180 people

Here are my stats up to the first break going to level 5 75/150:

During current Hold'em session you were dealt 60 hands and saw flop:
    - 5 out of 8 times while in big blind (62%)
    - 0 out of 8 times while in small blind (0%)
    - 1 out of 44 times in other positions (2%)
    - a total of 6 out of 60 (10%)
    Pots won at showdown - 1 of 1 (100%)
Pots won without showdown - 2

Basically at 45/60 remainingwith 2600 chips. Maybe I should loosen up a bit?

2600 at first break is OK, but you will need to make a move soon. The STAT 1 out of 44 is a bit low, your image must have been very tight. I look for opportunities to play position in this tournie. Often you can call a single raiser from late position and attack after the flop regardless of your cards. Tends to be profitable and changes my image.

Don't worry about what your stats look like from the numbers that the site is giving you. I rarely if ever look at those. Don't try to force things to happen. Just play your table. If they are fairly tight then try to take advantage of that. If they are loose then tighten-up.

u can 't win every tourney. you were card dead. you really can't do a whole lot with a nasty hour full of J5, 93, K2, etc etc. your in ok shape with 2600.
guys he's just looking to complain about taking coolers/beats

he'll continue to be the type of poker player we all love, the one that isn't any good but thinks he is, and slowly donates to the regulars.

I've done well in MTT where my "saw flop" percentage was like 10% or less. Of course, it's probably higher for the earlier levels, around 14-15%

I wouldn't worry about it, tournaments aren't won in the first hour anyway...tis the nature of NL. My style of play is predicated around winning few pots, but I'm stacking someone when I do.

If you haven't got enough cards to play at this point, don't worry about it. At least you havent done something stupid and get frustrated and chucked your stack away on something like Kxo. You're bound to get some cards at some point, just make sure you make 'em count and stack people when you do.
