From hand 8 onward (when you have an M of less than 10) you should be in shove or fold mode.

Hand 11 is a big no no. If you want to steal from the BB, shoving is a better option. I would have NEVER raised and fold here.

When you have <13x BB you should be shoving or folding preflop. Standard raising then folding to a shove is a disaster as in hand 11.

3 3 BU (M = 49.00; r+f+f+f+f+f+F) (between 1 and 2) - if the amount of chips you had to call was ~15x the chips you could win (the shorter of your stack or opp's stack plus the chips in the pot) I would call and play for set value

    3. KQs - I fold this from UTG, I would want to be in at least the HJ before I open raised with this

    4. AKo - your preflop raise is too small. Make it 120-150 to go after the limper - if they'll call another 60 they'll call another 90-120 meaning you have a bigger pot to win. As played, no need to bet full pot on the flop. 150-180 would be better and would still give incorrect odds to somebody chasing anything other than a monster draw.

    6. TT - small point, but I make it 150 to go

    A 8 BU (M = 10.63; f+f+f+F) (between 7 and 8) - I would raise this 2.5x BB since it's folded to you

    8. KTo - definite fold preflop for me from EP

    9. AKo - shove or fold preflop with your stack size, and I would definitely shove this

    11. A8o - shove or fold preflop rather than standard raising and I would shove this 100% of the time. As played, it is a disaster to raise 30% of your stack then fold to a raise, the big stack could be doing this with a wide range of hands, I definitely call

    12. J9s - right idea, but this is not a good shove from UTG

    14. K4s - I would fold preflop rather than completing the SB, I don't want to complete for almost 10% of my stack, I want to save my chips for a time when I can get 'em all in. As played, shove is OK I guess but it's very transparent that you have a FD, but conversely the TT8 board is less likely to have hit somebody.

No, your position sucks both preflop and post. Also, if you get raised then you may be getting big pot odds to call but will have no idea whether you're ahead or behind on a K/Q high flop. Just fold it even though it looks all pretty.

The main thing I noticed was that you were blasting people out of pots that you were way ahead of. Betting more than pot on Hand 2 and Hand 4 is chasing away a lot of worse hands and rarely getting called by anything but better hands. In other words, on hand 2, a hand like AJ might float you a street with a smaller bet. On hand 4, a flush draw or a hand like T9 stays in the pot with smaller bets. It sucks to get sucked out on, but you lose a lot of value when you just take it down on the flop with such strong holdings.
