Villain is a reg and a very tight player and I am pretty well chipwise but it is really tough folding this one...

    higher powers,

help me with my thinking here. it cant be far off in these silly DONs....

you put MOST of your stack on the line here against a nit? you flip against any pp, and he crushes you with KK/AA. you only dominate AQ. do you think he possibly raises <AQ? he's a nit, remember?

i hate the fact that i call here. when the A hits, i still dont like it. i dont like this situation against a nit....at all.

but, i guess the idea is to get better to fold and worse to call. so, he wont call with AQ. so, he wont suckout. he prolly folds <TT to a shove, too. so, that gets 7-9 pp's to fold. maybe he only calls with TT+,AK.

    you shouldnt like those results...

If he is any good he isn't folding 1/3 of his stack away and he likely has a premium hand. I'm not looking to get involved here.

Unfortunately DoN's involve folding a lot of your stronger hands. If you can't do that rather play normal/turbo SnG's

If you know him as a good regular than it's unlikely he's doing this with anything you beat; usually when regs do a normal raise with 10 BB's or less they have a monster hand. You are in great chip position, given your read this is an easy fold.
