season it up with some pepper&salt, mix in some chopped up onion and jalepeno and then tortilla chips becomes the prefered method.

However of course your could go the mediterranean route and mix in some olive oil, pureed chick peas, some garlic and assorted other spices and of course the prefered method becomes pita bread.

Its all a matter of personal tastes, I prefer to go south of the boarder personally.
