Default 2 JJ hands at FT

I start the FT as chipleader and this is the first hand I play w/not much of a read on villain other than he seems like a Taggy regular. What is your plan on this flop and why?

    Bodog $11 4k gt, Blinds: 1.5k/3k, Antes: 300
    Hero (180k)
    Villain (55k)
BB (1k is forced All In)

    ***Hole Cards***
    Deal to Hero [JsJc]
1 fold, Hero raises to 9k, 1 fold, Villain calls 9k, 4 folds, BB is All In for 1k.

    ***Flop***
    4h2hTh
    Hero??

Hand 2 is later on and we are 7 handed. I doubled up Villain BvB w/77 running into his 99 when he was shortstacked. Villain is very good aggressive mtt player (over 200k winnings). His play is quite solid and fearless, he tries to push every edge he sees. Given my reads on villain I think he is 3betting a bit too wide for us to consider folding, so the question is 4bet AI or go and go?

    Bodog $11 4k gt, Blinds: 2k/4k, Antes: 400

    Hero (77k)
    Villain (96k)
    ***HOLE CARDS***
    Dealt to Hero [JcJs]
1 fold, Hero raises to 10k, Villain reraises to 30k, 4 folds, Hero?

    Hand 1 - bet flop.

Hand 2 - fistpump shove - he can't fold and we are ginormously ahead of his range.

Hand 1: Put out a good-size bet on the flop. I think you are prepared to call most shoves from villain here or put him all-in on a non-scary turn.

Hand 2: I get it in here. Calling is out of the question and I don't think we can raise/fold JJ here.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

Are we planning to bet/fold or bet/call that flop?

EDIT: Baudib beat me to the submit button.

So what range do you put him on here out of curiosity?

With his stack you are felting an over pair. If a taggy reg slow played behind you or made a set you're paying it off. Probably his play only makes sense with AA but you don't need to guess here.

Hand 1: bet, don't fold to any action unless a 4th heart comes
Hand 2: I wouldn't consider folding 55 let alone JJ
