Default AQ - JJ from EP best play over long term

I know this topic has probably been done to death but I wanted to get some feedback on the best current thoughts from multitable players on playing early position inthe following situations.

micro stakes $2.25 - $5.50 SNGs (I know the stakes are small but I just took a massive dent in my BR and am currently rebuilding - stupid cash games and my inability to play them well): anyway,

    AQ/AK/TT-QQ from EP/MP, early stage w/ still 7-9 players.
If you are an open raiser here, what do you do if you get reraised?
If you are a limper, what do you do with a couple of callers and then a late position raise to like 8+ BBs?

I've just recently moved to multi tabling (and can't figure out why I didn't do it sooner) and used to play that I would open raise and usually fold to a strong reraise or if called, play the flop as it comes as per normal (check fold if I think it hit my opponent's range, play fast if I think I'm ahead)
This worked well for a long time but lately, I'm finding that if I play this way, I get about 2 callers or a min raise followed by a bigger raise to like 8-9BBs or a shove from LP. I've been folding to that kind of pressure, obviously as I value survival over a coinflip double up shot in the early stages.

So I started experimenting with limp calling PF and just lost too much $T, with no idea where I'm at and found that it isn't worth the effort.

It's gotten so frustrating that I have just taken AQo out of my arsenal in the early stages in all but late late position/cheap blinds.

Any thoughts? any recent essays/articles/thoughts on early position play would be interesting.

Most of the players at this level are pretty basic and easy to play against for the most part and ABC SNG poker is definitely the way to go but I'm curious as I think I've started misplaying early position since I've moved to multitabling (only 3 tables at this stage).

raise everytime. the money you win thru domination vastly out numbers the small amoutn u lose when 3bet/fold
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

yeah I could see open folding AQ UTG at a really tough table but it doesn't sound like these are.

Also QQ really doesn't belong in that list, I would happily get your stack in with QQ pre in most cases. Same with AK if you are being 3 bet a lot.

That's the problem, They aren't tough tables. There's no real high brain function going on, it's mostly.. ooh shiny cards... Should I stop playing for survival in early stage and reshove AK in these spots? I probably don't want to go that far with AQ or a med PP. I definetely would QQ+ Does mutlitabling reduce your variance of these spots over time with reshoving and having fold equity as well? I'm not sure I would want to call a reshove with AK in that spot though.

To be fair though, I'm playing a pretty bland TAG ABC style as well.

Since I've moved to playing 3 tables, I'm spending less time analysing the play at each table and going mostly with my ability to play position, stack sizes and abusing the bubble push/fold game.

QQ is definitely a lineball to assign there (I would never open fold it). but ugh, AQ/AK is hurting me. Everytime I see it in EP, I freeze up and think oh great, now what...

Is bigger open raising a viable option when multitabling?

I don't see why you keep bringing multiple tables into it. If you are having to substantially alter your game playing more tables you should cut back.

Regarding open raising, since you're mostly playing quality hands already if you can get called raising 5x early on at 10/20 and 15/30 I would go for it, it sets up a better stack to pot ratio for you.
