This guy overvalues hands way too much. Saw preflop raise in Mp with A7o. Also strikes me as type of player who slowplays monsters, so I downweight but don't discount the chance of JJ+, AK. Is anybody calling this or are we too worried about others still to act

I am not worried about better hands in the blinds, I am more concerned that you are probably dominated or flipping

Snap fold for me with 12x BB, there aren't too many hands he shoves from UTG+1 that you dominate, maybe A7-A9, but there are so many more that dominate you or against which you have the wrong end of a flip.
