    Default hmm

    manage a big stack.....
i seem to always be able to get a giant stack during a large multi table tourney but as the game goe son i find it harder and harder to manage it.
like lastnight for instance i had over 150k more in chips than the person in second place.but i kept getting pushed into making easy calls on smaller stacks as the would push with ragea dn me with over pair and would loose some of my stack it killed me.
would like to find some answers in managing a bigt stack at the table.

I like what Jamie Gold said during the 2006 Main Event after he was the super stack for several days: "If I'm playing a hand, I'm winning."

yes, use your big stack to intimidate and push around tight players but learn how to recognize strength from smaller stacks. And if a medium-sized stack is really going after you, you have to think he has a real hand. A big stack and K7s < medium stack AK.

pick your spots to steal and to pick off the occasional shortstack all-in with a top 40% hand.
