Taipan's advice is always best but I'm going to give it a shot as well...

You didn't play any hands that weren't any good, there were a few loose calls in my mind, but that's me. You had so very few playable hands, and that's what really hurts.

You had a tight image and they seemed to respect your raises. Could you have used this to your advantage and stolen some blinds?

I can't really see too much I'd change personally though. Maybe you might have gotten more out of your full house, but it's hard to tell.

    2. KTo - I dump it preflop, even from the button. Not worth it IMO. If it was folded to you, I'd raise it up.

A J UTG (M = 18.67; F) (between 2 and 3) - with blinds where they are I consider open raising this but there's nothing wrong with folding

    3. 97o - dump it preflop for sure, despite the huge pot odds. With your stack only <30x BB you can't afford to bleed off chips with a real marginal hand like this. I'd call with suited connectors though since you have a much bigger chance of flopping a huge hand.

    4. 98s - I fold preflop again despite the big preflop pot odds. With only just over 25x BB you need to preserve your chips

    6. 87s - consider leading the flop with your OESD for 150

    11. 75o - dude, bet the flop please for like 250 and hope that he calls or shoves over. DEFINITELY bet the turn, you want to build a big pot here and the best way to build a big pot is to BET BET BET. As played your river bet is way too small, with 500 in the pot why make a retarded donkminbet? I bet at least 300-350 here, if he'll call a minbet he'll call a somewhat bigger bet. You lost a lot of value here by slowplaying yourself into a small pot.

    12. 77 - shove is pretty marginal here, without running it in SNG Wiz I'd say 88+, AJ/AQ+ is my shove range with 11.5x BB from UTG.

    Q T CO (M = 33.33; f+f+f+f+c+F)

Don't mind a limp behind here early

Hand 2: I fold KTo here

Don't hate folding AJ under the gun, but I'd be tempted to raise

Fold hand 3. Odds don't matter when the hand is too difficult to play post flop

Hand 5: AQ is ok I think. If the raiser was earlier I'd be tempted to fold.

Hand 6: 87 flops OESD. Bet flop.

Hand 11: 75 flops trips and turns house. I hate the way you play this. Bet flop mostly, but after he checks behind, not betting the turn is terrible. You have to try to get some chips out of the guy.

Don't think the shove is necessary in hand 12. You have 11.5 BBs, and can afford to raise it. It's been a very passive table, so if you get reraised, you can let it go.

The only hand i'm not sure about is when you folded K4s on the button. That may have been a shove.

    Thanks guys.

For Hand 6 (OESD): I was thinking of leading out here, but I was at a loss of what to do if I get raised. I think it's a leak on my game.

Hand 12: This is another leak. I was thinking of raising but felt that I'd be too shortstack to play poker postflop.

Not sure I'd standard raise it here with 11.5x BB from UTG. For me the choice is either shove or fold and it's a marginal shove. What if you 2.5x BB it, and get called? If you're c-betting the flop and get shoved over you just burned at least 5.5x BB (since a c-bet would need to be 3.0-3.5x BB) or half your stack.

If I get called, I cbet if the situation calls for it. I expect to take down chips there more often than not. If I'm shoved over and I havn't setted then I let it go, I burned about 5.5BBs in what I believe to be a positive expectation play, and I'm in shove fold mode.

So I have a plan for the hand, but I don't plan to lose it. I probably take the blinds most times, and if I'm flatted and it's a good pot for a cbet i probably take that down most times. I also hit a set 1 in 8 times, and the rest I lose between 2.5BBS and 5.5BBs.

    I'm happy with that risk
