Default Line check in 3-bet pot BvB

Villain is either very tagfishy or very tilted right now. He has dropped about 1k in a very short amount of time. Some of it standardly, but a lot of it with poor play. He plays hands that are pretty good way too hard and totally shuts down with other ones. Two hands that explain taking decent hands too far:

Hand #1: He squeezes a fish PFR with AKo, the board comes out 567 w/ FD, he c-bets on this awful board and calls the shove.

Hand #2: He opens 99, gets 3-bet by a passive fishy guy who has only 3-bet once and it was with KK, so he 4-bet shoves.

I believe he has mostly folded to my 3-bets. On other tables when he has position, he 3-bets me an alright amount. But judging by his frequencies I think he's doing it for what he considers value, ie. with AQ and not 67s.

The hand: It might seem trivial since I flop top two in a 3-bet pot but I just want to check. I call his c/r on the flop, normally i won't with 2 pair, but we had 150bb, and I wasn't sure if he would be willing to stack off with whatever he had.

The turn isn't cool as I could see him making that flop play with AK and QQ. But it also should make him a lot of pair + draws that I don't see him folding. So I shove for pot.

    BTN SNOWMAN808 ($214.20)
    SB callnlose ($305.40)
    BB Hero ($535.40)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 5 players) Hero is BB
3 folds, callnlose bets $6, Hero bets $22, callnlose calls $17

    Flop: ($48, 2 players)
callnlose checks, Hero bets $30, callnlose bets $80, Hero calls $50

    Turn: ($208, 2 players)
callnlose checks, Hero goes all-in $431.40

    Decent?

What are good situations for overbet shoving? I only ask because I never use this move.

I think given villain's description his play is very standard. River shove is a pot-sized bet.

I think I'd bet like 75 on the turn shove the river. This way he won't fold any hand he might have c/r for value and he can probably jam with the illusion of fold equity.
