    Default Got bluffed

This game started with opp's going crazy with all ins for the first few rounds leaving me with my original starting chips surrounded by 4 double stacks. For some reason it all of a sudden tightened up like a drum and i was able to survive by shoving roughly once an orbit. Nobody ever called, including when I actually had a big hand.

So at this point 3 of us are pretty even. I considered shoving this hand and then thought maybe if i could flop something, I could actually win a nice pot. So I hit TP, bet pot and this guy raises me all in . I thought about it for a long time. At, Kt, Qt, Jt or some crazy 2 pair all crush me, and there's no draw to be semi-bluffing, or he could've had some overpair waiting for me to shove. Was I crazy to lay this down?

As it turned out he showed the bluff and then went on to do it again the very next hand and was called . That left me just to battle the short stack and i finished in the money, but I feel if i had called this bluff I'd have had a good shot at 1st or 2nd.

Firstly I just dump it preflop, with 10x BB you're looking to shove or fold and this is a clear fold.

As played, if you aren't going to call the shove then don't bet so much. 400 should be plenty and saves you some chips if you do in fact want to fold. As to whether to call or fold, bleh it's a tough spot but without a specific read that opp will shove over a pot-sized bet with middle pair I probably fold too. Don't think I would ever have been in this pot in the first place though.

I may have called. Looks like a flop that misses most of your range, and as he hit, he figured he had best hand. He'll only be worried about pps, but would you pot such a dry flop with an overpair?, and if you raise that wide pf I'd be tempted to shove over in his position (although I would have folded pre).

His range probably has all kinds of 5's 7's and tens here, including some you beat.
This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

This was an unraised pot, that was part of the reason i thought he might have 2 random pair or s.t. Doyle says 'never go broke in an unraised pot' . If I had raised pf, I definitely would've been committed and would've called.
