Um, sorta close. I probably shove this and get snapped up by AK/AQ in the BB like 100% of the time. I'd be interested to see what SNG Wiz says.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

I'd fold. If you push and get called, you are most likely in trouble. I don't think it's worth the risk to pick up 150 chips from the blinds. I'd probably want something like TT+, AQ+ to push here, depending on how the table had been playing.

This is almost certainly a fold from UTG. I ran it in SNG Wiz and that confirmed it, they would have to be calling ridiculously tight to make this a good shove.

Plus your stack is a bit too short to standard raise here

I standard raise anyways. I like to be able to standard raise QQ+ in this spot, so I should also be doing it with some other hands, and KQs is a perfect candidate. We can fold to a shove, and we can shove a lot of flops with fold equity vs Ax (e.g. JT7 or 664 FD). A lot of times we take down the blinds without risking our whole stack.

Don't over-rate $3.40 opponents, you don't need to vary your play in order to get action with your big hands. If you were a $60/$109 reg and there were lots of players who knew who you were and had played lots of games with you, fair enough - but not at a $3.40.

OK, say you raise 300 and Button calls. The flop comes 972 rainbow and the pot is 750. If you want to c-bet, you will have to c-bet 350-400 which will leave you with 590 behind. If your c-bet gets called or raised, if you then fold the turn you've just put in more than 50% of your stack in the pot, this is spewing chips.

If the flop comes 972 rainbow, I'm either check/folding or check/shoving OOP (villain and bet-size dependent). I'm not cbetting unless I get called by someone from the blinds and they check to me on the flop.

Raising KQs from UTG on a 5-handed table with big stacks in the SB and Button with less than 13x BB is a losing play in my book.

I think shoving and folding are pretty close, if the table is very passive I would also consider limping
