You can argue you played badly on all streets. Preflop I would usually raise to $100 here. Then pot the flop. As played, I would never fold the turn, no one has any strength and it's far from certain that you're beat. He could be betting a 7, a diamond or a T or 6 or ace-high.

I agree you should have bet preflop, but even if you didn't you need to bet at least around the size of the pot.. but having not bet preflop, I might even over bet the pot here since its small. Being you're at the turn with no betting, I call the 120, and see what falls on the river. If he has the flush, you can stack someone off if you catch a pair, other wise you can call a lot of bets on the river as long as a diamond or another straight card doesn't hit.
