$6.50, WIZ says shove, but range dependent

BB is winning reg with 11% ROI.

Put this in WIZ and it defaults to a push if BB calls 20%. Thing is SNGPT says that if you're BB and even if button only shoves 15% this is a 33% call. It just gets wider as you push more from the button.

How wide is a decent $6.50 reg calling the BB, and hence how would you play my hand?

Against a winning reg with the big stack in the BB who is running a HUD (ie. who has noticed that you aren't an idiot) I think there is the potential for BB to call far wider than 20%. In his position with that read, I would.
