    UTG bets t200, Hero ?

Do we call this down to the river, should we raise at any point? If we flat the turn, do we fold to a shove on the river if we don't improve?

Hand 1, fold preflop. This is why I fold AJs in EP, and why it goes in the muck to a raise.

    Hand 2, bet 500 call a shove
This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

Hand 1 (AJo) - fold preflop from UTG+1 to an UTG raise. This is the classic reverse implied odds hand, where you can't get away from top pair on the flop but you might well be outkicked.

As played, it's a tough spot on the turn, you have no idea whether you're ahead or behind, to me the choice is either call or fold but I can't decide which is better because I'd never be in this spot in the first place.

Hand 2 (AQo) - 80 preflop, 150 on the flop, 400 on the turn, shove river.

I normally fold AJs to a raise in ep, but figured I would try to play this since I had position on the aggressor. If anyone 3-bets I am definitely out. I ended up raising the turn, got a call and spiked a J on the river. But that doesn't really matter as I shouldn't have been in the hand to begin with. Out of curiosity, do we flat the pre flop bet on the button with AJs?

Hand 2, your advice would normally be my line, but I feel I have been losing out on chips by betting 3/4 to full pot bets. Should I not worry about that and continue to bet strong then?

I think this line is fine, however, do you ever give up on the turn if you get raised?

That turn, no. I didn't mean I was losing the hands, only that people fold to me, when I want their chips.

The other factor to consider is that you have all those players to act after you, if they 3-bet you would have to fold, but if they flat they will have position on you. At this stage it is not inconceivable that they would flat with AQ and AK so I fold it.

I would also fold to an UTG raise if I was on the button unless there were a bunch of cold callers as well.

Yes, I bet strong in this hand, I'm not worried about being beat. If opps fold to a 3/4 pot bet, they'll fold to a smaller bet (presumably because they don't have a piece of the board or a draw).

Well I'll rephrase my question differently:

How often do you think you're getting 3-streets of value with TP2K in spots like this? I realize this is a low buy-in SnG, but still.

I don't mind stacking here but I can also see merit in going for pot control on the turn.
