Default Big hand has it gone bad?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00+$0.20 Tournament, 25/50 Blinds (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    MP2 (t2770)
    CO (t1545)
    Button (t85)
    SB (t1270)
    Hero (BB) (t2995)
    UTG (t1480)
    UTG+1 (t4545)
    MP1 (t3140)

    Hero's M: 39.93

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2, 5
    2 folds, MP1 calls t50, 4 folds, Hero checks

    Flop: (t125) 7, 2, Q (2 players)
    Hero bets t100, MP1 calls t100

    Turn: (t325) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets t500, Hero calls t500

    River: (t1325) Q (2 players)

I checked the set to get him to bet assuming he had hit the queen, earlier he had folded to CB's when he had less than TP.
Am i betting a smaller full house? or should i just keep getting chips in?

I' d have probably CR the turn after he makes the gigantic bet, I don't think he'll fold after dropping the big 5 hundo ball. I would call IP

As played I would check again because maybe he'll make a ginormous pot size bet with hands other than Qs full

You should check call the river or check fold the river, probably depending on things like bet size, how long it takes him to bet, etc, cuz I think you could probably tell if the dude has a Queen if you play close enough attention.

I agree with the river play as mentioned above. I think that you lost value on the turn. Try not to slowplay as much.
