I guess this is why position is so very important. Anyone ever consider calling pre-flop and trying to play a small pot while out of position with a one pair, and vulnerable, hand? If your opponent wants to play a huge pot then he has you either killed or he is willing to lay his whole stack on the line with a big bluff on a board that is ridiculously scary. IMO there are not many people who can make that bluff, are there? Looking for some feedback here....
