    Default Help needed with concentration/patience

My biggest problems with poker are patience and concentration.
I don't consider myself very good at poker but I do know that if I play my best I can Finish ITM on a regular basis in low stakes tournaments.
However, MTT's take hours to complete and that takes alot of my concentration and eventualy I loose it completely, make some stupid moves and discover that I'm left with a very short stack.
A prime example is a Tourney I played a few days ago. There were 16 players left and I had the 2nd chipstack. I'd played well up to that point and I was sure I could beat the most that were left given enough time. However, I lost it. 3 hands later I had 6BB left and another 3-4 hands later I was out.
I ended well into the money but most of the time it happens before the bubble.

Does anyone know how to deal with this problem. I know that if I can overcome this problem I can go from being a losing player to a winning player.

Post the hands in between when you were 2nd in chips and to when you busted out. It's probably not patience or concentration but just poor decisions.

Are you gonna post the hands? That's the only way I can make a suggestion. Of course you may or may not agree but at least I'd be responding to your actual play and not my imagination!! Second with two tables left, I tend to go to sleep and wait out the SS. WHAT DID YOU DO!!
    Peace,

That stinks man. I'd really like to see what advice people have for this as I can foresee this being a problem for me. Maybe if you multi-tabled you'd have more stuff to do?
