If you checkraise a lot you can do it here for value, it will take down the pot pretty often, and when he has a 7 and doesn't believe you he won't want to put anymore money in the pot on turn or river. You also have to be pretty good at reading timing tells to determine if he's going to float you or flat you with a draw.
If you don't do any of that, probably just c/c then c/f a lot of turns. You really need to be a pretty good hand reader, or you need to know your opponent pretty well to play this situation oop.
