Default AK flop an ace, facing C/R

Villian is 0/0 over 10 hands so far. I don't see him at my other tables. This min-bet stuff typically signifies a monster or someone being cute. The fact that he C/R makes me lean towards the first of those two options. About the only reasonable hand I am beating is AQ, maybe KK and of course air. If he was on a draw I would expect a call, not a C/R. Call and try to showdown cheaply, three-bet, fold, push?

    behind you with an axe
I'd probably push here. Hope you're up against AQ. Feasible your up against a set or maybe A4s or perhaps AJ. But that's the kind of flop you wanted. You bet week on the flop, less than half the pot, so he may well be having a shot at you. But it's a reasonably drawy board, so no point giving him another card. It's feasible he called with KsQs and is seeing if he can push you off your hand or be in for the flush/str8 draw.

This is a good example of where I think buyin makes a big difference. At a $6.50 game I would INSTA shove over expecting to be ahead most of the time. At this buyin, it's a closer call but without a solid read on opp I think I would still shove over. A lot of opps will try to pick off your c-bet (particularly because it was less than half pot) with a minraise but will fold to a shove. Even at this level they may still call you with a flush draw or a worse Ax or even something like pocket pairs 55-TT, QQ or KK.

On your flop bet, on that drawy flop I would make it at least 180 however.

I agree with Tai that you put yourself in this spot with your smallish flop bet. With that said I am honestly not sure how I would play this going forward, especially given that you are at level two and are both fairly deep stacked.

Honestly in the heat of the battle I would probably flat call here and fold if BB led out on the turn. I also agree that at the $33's you may get a raise here trying to pick off a c-bet, but I am not sure that a push here is the most +ev as I think villains range here is pretty strong (I think AQ may 3bet pre-flop here more often than not).
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

I would shove and if hes sitting on JJ or AJ then i guess hes just the best player ever. theres not much you can do, but i think hes just trying to scare you out of the pot with that min raise.

don't play at these stakes (usually $6 or $11 turbos)so this dosn't nessasarly apply here, but thought i'd throw out my two cents, i'm shoving over everytime, his min raise to me looks like he's picking off a c bet. i think your ahead of most of his range here, i don't think he min bets a set, either calls or goes for more of a value bet. more often its a flush draw, AQ, AJ (only thing i can resonably put him on thats ahead), A10, KK, QQ, all of which your ahead and your shove folds out the draws and maybe gets called by a weaker ace.
