i was wondering what kinds of streaks you guys have endured in STT turbos?

i felt like i had a decent afternoon running 40% itm, but mostly eeking in over only 12 tourneys. however, tonight, i stopped counting at 17 tourneys. i may have loaded 18-19, but may have forgotten to write them down. i cashed twice. won once, but that did little to console me.

i know its a ubersmall sample, but is it normal to experience these kinds of runs? i havent checked, but it felt like i got the better of the situations 66%-75% of the time....well over half. but, it also felt like nothing held up. i kept seeing the lower kicker in AX v AX battles connect and knock the dominating hand out.

again, LC. but, i feel a bit kicked in the nuts and dont want it to discourage me if this happens regularly to you guys.

i was playing the $3.40s, if that helps. i am not pushing until i go under 10 BBs, and it seemed thats where i lived tonight....short.

I've had short runs of over ROI+60% (couple weeks). Worst run was 19sng's (STT) - 'zero' cashes! ($5 - $10 buyin level on Stars). I was so disheartened I actually stopped playing sngs on that site altogether. Stopped playing there for 6mos. (aside from some 10NL & the occassional priv. tourney). Tried a few this week and cashed every single time. Hmm... might have to give it another go, lol.
I've heard that hitting 10 in a row is not uncommon and even 20+ (wasn't any consolation to me when it seemed like none of my hands were holding up and was continually getting beaten even while waaaay ahead,.. actually way ahead every time aside from maybe a couple times when down to the 10bb mark).
GL on the tables!! sidenote, personally I find the $3.40's to be just pure hell and would much prefer to play the $6's where I think a better player has a better edge (just my opinion though and am sure many will disagree.... I'd rather be on a table with a few regs. and a few donks, then on a table with one reg. and the rest donks).
