Hand 2, I check the flop to see where he is at.

Hand 3, I push the flop to knock down the pot.

Hand 1- I would put him on Two pair AAKK- you should fold that hand.
Hand 2- I would have also put them on AAKK or a Strong A. Someone might believe he had a straight but he would have had to have Q10 hole cards and i don't see why he would have bet 120 on Q10 preflop.
Hand 3- This hand, you can not afford to slowplay- take it down at the flop
