I don't know how many hands you have with him but has he been check-raising alot? I am assuming that you have been tight so far based on the blinds.

I think if he had just done the traditional Stop and Go I would not give him as much credit and look him up. I think overall this is fairly close but I would lean towards folding. You are not committed here, and a check-raise like this I would give him credit for something that beats you. It seems like you will have more chances to get his chips later.
