    Default 100bb deep beginning of tourney ai range

    Just wondering what your range is for calling/shoving all in during the opening stages of a tourney? Assuming villains unknown.

    Unlikey to shove anything unless some weird mega raising fest going on pre flop. and then only AA
    As for calling imo AA KK only.

    I assume you mean pre-flop? I don't shove preflop in the early stages at all. As for calling, I'd call a shove with QQ+ or AK only.

    Even a single orbit can give me enough info to adjust this though, especially with regard to calling.

    Ok, I had QQ, didnt get raised but just had me wondering.

    What possible reason would you other guys have for never shoving PF? I dont mean open shoving obviously, but you really mean if someone 3or4 bet you, you wouldnt stick in AA/KK?

    It really depends, BJ. I guess I'm willing to call a bit lighter than drmcboy (maybe a leak?) It depends on the tourney of course, player's stats, etc. Your best bet is to post a few different hands.
