I'm in the bb with 34o
I have 29k
There are 2 more < 2M stacks @ the table, and the 3 players to my left will not call my steals with less then AK. (actually the guy 2 to my left folded AK a little later when I shoved after a big stake minraise when he had < 5M)
That was part of the reason why I decided to fold while I would just call blind, ldo, in any other situation.

FYP, shoving ATC on the bubble into a player who covers you and will almost always call is suicidal. Unless you're just going to make terrible folds.

This fold seems fine though because you're barely even getting the pot odds to call assuming he's on ATC. Anything with some high card value like even J2o or any sooooted hand would be a terrible fold here though.
