    Default Rakeback deals

Is there a way you can get onto a rakeback deal once you have joined a site? I'm playing loads of DON's on Stars, and the rake appears to be sucking off 1/5 of my profits . I assume rakeback deals are only for attracting new clientèle, no?

    April Stats

    Stake - $5.20
    ROI - 16.0%
    ITM - 60.3%
    Profit - $201.60
    Rake $ - $48.40

Stars doesn't have "rakeback" per se. You get your rakeback by spending your fpp's on the stuff in the VIP store, or using them on fpp sngs. If you don't put in a TON of volume I would recommend the 210fpp satellite to the Sunday 1/4 million. 20 players, 6 paid. Then just unregister and sell T$. It seems to be the best deal (if you have an ROI >22%) for people under supernova. (I think) If you get >22% ROI in these you will have the same amount of "rakeback" as you would from the goldstar $285 bonus.

Here is the site I use. Just note that you don't get full face value for your T$, but 98% is exactly far off and this is the best site I've found for it so far.

How much would you get in T$?

Well the ticket is worth $11. When you sell it for 98% you end up getting $10.78.

Ofcourse if you play SnGs, tourneys or DoNs, don't trade/sell your T$, just use 'em!

I've heard that just recently Fulltilt is allowing some members to get rakeback (even if they didn't sign up thru a rakeback site which is what I'm guessing you're talking about here). Realize you're talking about Stars here but just in case you were also wondering about Fulltilt.
I've heard of a handful of players who've recently been accepted to get rakeback. I think the name of the site they went thru was 'rakebackpro'. I haven't bothered with it yet as I hear it's a bit of a hassle and most often members just get refused or put on hold (couldn't hurt though really.... how much of a hassle is it to get back some $'s you wouldn't normally be getting).
Thanks for the advice here on playing the 210FPPs satellites. I've never known what to do with my FPPs (used to just purchase Pokerstars clothing but now I don't play on that site very often). That Turbo Million tourney looks like a good go though. I think if I had some pts. saved up I'd opt to enter into it (high % payout structure too).

The other way to get "rakeback" is to ensure that you max out the reload bonuses that Stars has every now and again. I think that the bonus is equivalent to about 25% rakeback whilst you're earning it.

Nice thanks taipan! I didn't even think about the reload bonuses equating to rakeback :/

Wow, competition is super-soft in these. I have played 6 so far and placed in all of them for around $60. If you have played DON's, they seem super-simple as people don't seem to adjust at all.
