    Default jacks early

villain is seemingly LAG ok 25-17 big post-flop aggression over small sample. I turned up half an hour late, so i'm looking nit-tighter than normal!

looks good to me...Enough ppl donk leading/not folding T9-AT to stick it in there. I do not really think you can call and hope to get value on later streets that you don't get by shoving now. Folding is not an option.

Seems designed to scare away most of the hands you want action from, why not make it 750 or something? I hate just overshoving.

those are my thoughts, but I've been playing ring for too long now (and I never took mtts seriously). Especially considering this dry flop, wouldn't a shove be too much?

Just curious how you plan to play the turn here with ~1 psb left. I assume call a shove or get it in yourself right? Does your plan change for AKQ turns?

I have not played the iron man free rolls, in the Nova free rolls imo this line is optimal and gets value from 8x+ and maybe even any pp. In a decent tourney I agree smaller raise is better

There's no way villain can put us on a bluff if we shove this much, at worst we have QJ/J9. He would have to be on raging tilt or just not care at all about the tournament for this shove to be optimal. A lot of people play the freerolls like they're play money so I guess I see your point.
