Tournament trimmer

I'm having problems with the tournament trimmer. When I enter a file a get this error

Error: Can't guess input file format

I used search function but didn't come up with anything. Thanks for the help.

What site are you playing at? The tourney trimmer can't handle all formats.

I used the trimmer a few weeks back and it worked fine. I'll see if it works on those old tournaments.

Nope doesn't work with the old ones either. I've been having computer issues so maybe it's my computer. Although I tried using my other computer at home and got the same message. My home computer is a Mac. Would that make a difference?

I tried it and it seemed to work OK for me, not sure what the problem is. Might have something to do with the fact you're using a Mac...

I have a problem too trimming my sng from poker stars.

tournament trimmer says

Think there's a problem with the SQL for the trimmer. Thanks for letting me know, I'll tell the admins.
