Default dumb hand from FTOPS $200 turbo

I can't remember the last time I had an actual tough spot in a turbo but I just didn't know what to make of this hand. FWIW I have a slightly above average stack with around 650 left and 250 people getting paid.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 250/500 Blinds 50 Ante (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB (t12250)
    Hero (BB) (t8255)
    UTG (t3995)
    UTG+1 (t980)
    MP1 (t1935)
    MP2 (t14777)
    MP3 (t1005)
    CO (t9301)
    Button (t14653)

    Hero's M: 6.88

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, J
    3 folds, MP2 calls t500, 3 folds, SB calls t250, Hero checks

    Flop: (t1950) 3, Q, 2 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t1200, 1 fold, SB calls t1200

    Turn: (t4350) 5 (2 players)
    SB bets t10500 (All-In), Hero? (I have 6500 left).

OK so I feel that every time in history the check-call flop, overbet donkout shove turn is a weak draw on the flop that improved to a strong combo draw on the turn, like say 54, or the bare ace of spades that picked up a gutter, so my instinct was to snap this off. But he TANKED for like 25 seconds before shoving turn. Does this change anything about the hand, and do you call with or without the timing tell?

Edit: In case it changes your opinion, the open limper was an idiot but I thought he was capable of limping some strong hands or limp-calling me with like AJ which is why I didn't just shove preflop. I didn't think he was the type to take a stab at the flop if he had nothing.

The Tank Overshove is odd for sure.

Do you have any type of image for the SB? This smells badly, and I think even if you are ahead, you are facing a lot of scary river cards. At the same time, it's a turbo, and you're going to be in push/fold mode afterwards if you fold. The other problem is that you could easily be behind here also. I'm leaning towards a fold here, but I'm interested in what better players might have to say about this.
    Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

I think I would call but not be happy about it, sometimes weirdos play like KQhh like this.

When you say he wouldn't stab at the pot with nothing, I assume this means he's generally passive, calling with his draws.

I guess I would probably call but the tank-shove bothers me. I'd think he has As4x squarely in his range here.

He has a larger than average stack so that means he could be a pretty solid player (or just lucky). I wouldn't call with anything worse than A J. QJ has too many hands that bests it, and with no flush draws, that would be a pretty easy fold.

Glad I'm not the only one who calls here because I felt pretty dumb when he turned over a set of queens for one of the bigger WTF hands I've played in awhile.

Personally I would call shoved all in. He might just be going all in because he thinks you might be scared to lose your stack this far into the tourney.
