I would bet out a bit more on the flop, say 100-120. Bottom two pair is a strong but vulnerable hand because your hand could be counterfeited if the turn and river pair, and there are other cards you won't want to see on the turn if your flop bet is called (A, J, T). As played, after opp minraises I would re-raise big to say 500 or so rather than just flat calling.
On the turn, I don't understand your silly little bet. There are 440 chips in the pot, why bet less than 20% of the pot? If you believe your hand is still best (which I would) then you want to get more chips into the pot. After opp raises, again I would re-raise.
The same goes for the river. There are 760 chips in the pot at this point, why bet only 1/10 the pot? As played, I CALL the shove rather than folding, there are plenty of hands that opp had that he would play the same that you beat (mainly non two pair Ax, maybe even non-set pocket pairs).
