Default time of day makes a hige difference

I've noticed that the time of day I play makes a huge difference to who else is at the table.

Between 8pm & 10pm (BST) on Titan I seem to be playing against the same winning regs, with often 3 or 4 players (including myself) who are running at aprox 15%+ ROI (unfortunately 2 of the regs I play against this time of day have silver stars on Sharkscope, which can't be a good thing) and maybe another 2 at approx 9% ROI.

However, after 10pm I find the majority of the time I have the best stats at the table, and there will be approx 2 other positive ROI players, but not 15% positive, more like 3% or so(I like this much more).

Now I would ideally play as many hours as possible between 8pm & 12pm, but that means if I want to play in those first two hours, I have to play against the really good regs. So my question to anyone who may know, can anyone recommend a site where there aren't lots of good winning regs between 8pm & 10pm BST that play 10 man $10 SnG?

Stars definitely has some - Sharkscope is so worth using in your table selection. Any time of day can be good on a large volume site, you just have to be able to pick the table (which is ofcourse pretty hard without scope).

What is the best way to use sharkescope for checking potential tables?

At pokerstars, when you join a table, do you open a table, see everyone sitting around it and then chose a seat? Or do you just join from the lobby and then get randomly seated?

Reason being, if you open the table and see several poeple sitting there, will the sharkscope hud show their stats at this point, ie prior me sitting down and the torney starting?

Sharkscope doesn't work in the tourney lobby, does it?

After you've played a few hundred games you come to learn who the regs are at the times you play, and it's a pretty safe assumption that anybody who isn't a reg is an idiot.

at Stars I run into regs, and therefore tighter play, way more often when I play in the afternoon (EDT) than in the evening which is generally a LAGGfest.
