    Default staying focus and calm.

i have seen and been so many hands where we end up loosing our cool. that hurtsour game more than it would ever help. I see a lot of times right after a bad beat we would push all in out of spite. I think staying calm and relax have help me come back after a bad beat. I know is easier said han done. but if any one has any suggestions of relaxation that work for you feel free to share, thanks

Everybody has bad beats. Important is to know if you did the best possible decision in particular hand.
Sometime try to figure out, how many times you have got a lucky card on the river.
At the beginning of my poker career i destroyed my room door by fist and often was asking myself "Why me ? Why?"

    Now, i know why.

I find that it helps if I think of it as a tax on having soft competition. Just as I have to pay taxes if I want public roads, I have to get sucked out on occasionally to keep the donks playing like fools. If it never happened, they'd catch on at some point.
