Default Line check - KK on a suited board (Party 10+1)

I think my PFR might have been to low here, but I'm more concerned about the flop play. How scared do I need to be with 3 hearts on the board?

Too early in the game to have reads on anyone.

Your preflop raise is nowhere near big enough. With all those limpers in front I would be looking to make it at least 300 to go.

As played, your flop lead bet is good because you don't want to give any free cards on this board. I might have bet just a little less - say 500-550 or so but once you get shoved over, you can't fold. They will shove over with all sorts of hands that you beat (I'd expect a single ace flush draw pretty often here).
