    Default Easy shoving here?

    Hi, guys. This hand is from the final table of a freeroll at Everest (106 players). The final 10 were prized (prize pool of 100$). I had an M of 20 on early final table but I lost half of my stack when I pushed with KK and got defeated by AJ.

    Since then, I started to play in the push/fold mode. Got some pots, lost one all in bet for a guy shorter than me and got even shortier.

    This hand may seem an easy shove. However, after the villain raise, I was sure he would call my shove with wathever he had (by the way, he was raising 14% PF). The question is: is AQ a good enough hand to face a shove in this situation? would be better to wait someone falls first, better hands and better stealing opportunities (the prize would be 25% higher for a 7th place).

    I appreciate some comments. Feel free to use SGWiz (I dont have it yet).

    Against 14% raising range, free roll tourn, almost no stack left I say shove and hope to double up at a good spot in the tourn.

    Hand 0: 44.697% 40.80% 03.90% 1246932108 119213680.50 { 77+, A7s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+, QJo }
    Hand 1: 55.303% 51.40% 03.90% 1571103171 119213680.50 { AQo }

    I don't think you need to take into account what his calling your shove range would be because you are so shortstacked he will be calling with anything is his raising range..... not sure on that though.

    I would shove here you are already in the money and AQ is a good starting hand... but it is a hand which can be kinda risky to play somebody might have KK / AA / AK and call... you can be in a race situation against JJ / TT / 99 and not hit anything.

    No Question whatsoever shove, expecially being short stacked... The goal is finish in the top 3 really to finish first but the Top three is where the majority of the money is at. So it doesnt matter that much $$$ wise if you finish 9th or 6th, I owuld insta shove.

    Its a good spot to shove and I'm actually happy for a call here. You need chips so a guaranteed call is a good thing imo.

    Your M is 3.4, shove, shove, shove. Be glad you have AQo, your shoving range is huge here.

    I wouldn't say insta shove, AQ is suspect IMO. Depends on the villain really. He raised to half your stack, meaning he was calling you regardless. So more than likely he's got one of the premiums. AQ's always tough... I dunno I push with it sometimes so I can't say it's bad move. That is one of hands I really don't like seeing unless I have position and chips.

    With your stack, I would go allin for sure. Hoping I was against AJ or maybe an under pair. Want at least a coin flip.

    Default I would say

    at any other spot in the tourney the all-in is potentially suspect, in this case it completely justified. top 3 is the goal after in the money, and raising all in here helps you get to the next level if you win.
